Hosted by Vice-Chair Dr. Carla Brailey, this party with a purpose is to fundraise for state-specific initiatives, highlight women on the ballot, and rally our voters. This Day Party is a part of one of the Vice-Chair’s initiatives, “Meeting in the Ladies Room”, designed to highlight women candidates, staff, and voters. To address this current 2020 election, “Women Winning Texas Edition” was added to it to encourage Texans to vote down-the-ballot and introduce them to candidates from the top of the ticket to local candidates, specifically in targeted areas of low propensity voters.
